Я перевела как "The car hasn’t started yet", но это всё-таки не то. Как сказать, чтоб смысл сохранился?

2) По работе он вынужден много летать
Здесь "he has to fly a lot"? А как сказать "по работе"?

3) И ещё "сопернику удалось его обвести". Речь о баскетболе. Обвести — ???
